No. Nasta is primarily for discovery and accurate information (hours, menu, pricing, and venue details). Some venues may provide ordering links or contact options, but Nasta itself isn’t a delivery service.
This usually happens when a business hasn’t completed its profile yet, or some details are missing. We hide “Unknown” labels in the UI where possible, and businesses can update these fields anytime.
Open/close status is calculated from the venue’s posted weekly hours. If hours are missing or invalid, we show an unknown state until the business updates it.
We encourage businesses to keep menus and prices updated. However, restaurants can change items and pricing at any time, so treat listings as the latest available information, not a guaranteed final bill.
Contact support with the venue name and what looks wrong (hours, menu, pricing, address, phone). We’ll review it and request an update from the business.
Restaurants can purchase a Featured Boost — a monthly promotion (currently NPR 999 per month) for priority placement on the homepage and Explore. The home page shows active featured venues (up to 100). When your location is available, we prioritize featured venues within about 100 km; otherwise we show featured venues across Nepal. Order may rotate daily for fairness among active promotions. When only a few venues are actively featured, we may add a small number of recommended listings that are not paid promotions. All active featured venues also appear on Explore featured, sorted the same way.
Businesses can create an account and list their venue to manage details like hours, menu, pricing, images, and contact links. Use the signup page to create a business account.
On a venue page, you may see contact actions such as phone, WhatsApp, website/social links, and directions—depending on what the business provided.
Not yet. Reservation support is planned for a future update once more restaurants are onboarded. For now, please use the contact options provided by each venue (phone, WhatsApp, or website) to inquire directly.
Some restaurants use QR codes to help customers open their Nasta listing quickly (menu, hours, and venue info). Availability depends on the venue.
